Strategic Development Plan
Below is our Strategic Development Plan. A school’s Strategic Development Plan (SDP) begins with an evaluation of the school’s current performance. This tends to be written in the summer term when all of the school’s data (EYFS Good Level of Development, Phonics, KS1 and KS2 data, Y4 Multiplication Test outcomes…any internal assessment information… attendance/absences… feedback from visits and questionnaires…). Based on this information, leaders make informed judgements about the specifics underneath each of the headings: Leadership & Management, Quality of Education, Personal Development, Behaviour & Attitudes and EYFS. I have always written my school Strategic Development Plans against these headings (including EYFS into Quality of Education and possibly other areas too).
